Wie schrecklich - "gefrorener" Hund

hab gerade eben diesen Artikel in den Nachrichten gelesen:

The B.C. S.P.C.A. is investigating a case of animal cruelty in Dawson Creek.

On Jan. 15, a Dawson Creek resident woke up to find a large block of ice on his lawn. The ice block had a dog corpse inside. The dog appears to be a medium-sized border collie or lab cross weighing approximately 40 pounds. The dog also had several puncture wounds and was missing parts of its intestines.

The S.P.C.A. believes the block of ice was created using a large rubber bin. The investigation is on-going and they are still working to determine the dog’s cause of death and the identity of its owner.

The individual who reported the incident does not know the dog or any reason why the ice block was left on his property.

Ein Anwohner hat in seinem Garten einen Eisblock gefunden, in dem ein ca. 20 Kilo schwerer Hund mit mehren Stichwunden eingefroren war. Teile seines Darmtraktes fehlen. Todesursache steht noch nicht fest, wird aber weiter untersucht.
